An amazing view of the Beerline Condo development. When I grew up (Ha! I’m old just for saying that) this was railway trash and low grass. I’m very conflicted. If we do not make places for people to come move to the city that show how beautiful it is, no one will care. However, we really missed a chance to create a phenomenal river parkway that would have gone almost ten miles of uninterrupted nature. Tough call indeed.
