Today I bring you three pounds of meat on a grill. Bacon wrapped in venison wrapped in bacon. I spotted the recipe on NYTimes.com and had to have it. Bacon log the largest here was made by my buddy Mopey. I don't have as good as picture of my own bacon log for two reasons; one, it was dark by the time it made the grill, two, they started on fire.
