Trip To Point Reyes

Morning frost?? Well, I guess it was January.  Northern California was always a difficult combination weather.  It's always nice out, but just a little bit cold.  Jacket/no jacket.  You just never knew.

Just graffiti.  Maybe a mural.  Ok, I'll go with mural.

Oakland Bridge.  The longer, long neglected, non-red headed step brother of the golden gate.

I wasn't sure which way to go.

I think Kat was just about at her happiest at the Point Reyes National Seashore.  It was a fantastic spot.  Big bluffs, rolling hills, cows.

The beach.  It really doesn't get old.

Again with the happy.  What the hell is her problem?

I loathe seagulls, but maybe not when they are by the actual sea.  Most of my time with them is squawking at  me when I walk downtown, or picking through trash.  When they are on the sea, somehow they go back to being pretty bird.

Strange sea grass, everywhere.

_1037495

Oh, strange sea grass flower.

_1037497

Just in case you were wondering where it is.

Seagulls by the seashore.  Appropriate time to meditate on the meaning of things.

Hey! Its me.

Luckiest cattle ever.  Of course, what do they care.  Grass is grass.  I would be pretty damn stoked to have that be my back yard.  To bad to ranch here you have to be a direct descendant of the 26 original lessors.

Enjoy, jon
