Are you wondering if the inside of Pixar studios is as awesome as their movies? Well wonder no more, they are. Unfortunately, I cannot show you with a bunch of pictures from inside their offices. Go figure, they don't want you taking pictures of all the pending projects in the pipeline.
Among things we got to see that I can't share. The mainframe, its big. Tons of blinking lights, blue blinking lights. Instead of cubes they have tool sheds for offices. A fiberglass shark sticking out of an office. A tiki bar. Actually they have several bars, lounges, and stages for bands for every workgroup. I know that soda fountains, free food, and being allowed to turn your office into a replica of jungle sounds awesome, but that's nothing. In the halls they have original artwork by the animators. Original sketches, character prints, and concepts for new movies. Seriously wicked. As a side note, its when I went to take a picture of an original sketch that the camera had to be put away.
