One more trillium before we go home. Sadly, it's not a different species than the white ones. It's just loosing its flower. Not dying mind you. Flowers don't die unless the plant dies. It would be like saying a guy is dead because he lost his genitals. Wait. What? That's an accurate analogy. Guess a plant might as well be dead once it loses its flower. That is certainly how I would feel.
