Sorry, I just got a little scared there. Courtesy of a basement sculpture from a shop up the street. Enjoy, Jon

Nothing's Square!
I happen to like it that way. Though there are debates whether or not at least some part should fall in the vertical/horizontal world. Enjoy, jon

B&W&F
The F is for Flower. Get it? One irritating thing about this blog is the way it scales portrait photos larger than landscape photos. This, despite the fact that most monitors are landscape style, and getting wider and wider in this crazy 16:9 world. Enjoy, Jon

Closed due to Wind
Though closed for high winds, this ridge path was pretty wicked cool. To bad I missed the chance for another view of the Japanese coast line. Enjoy, jon

River Rock
Interestingly, this is not supposed to be a meandering river. The whole area below the trees is part of a reservoir and normally lake. The lake level has been so low in recent years that the river has made its presence known once again. The reservoir, Lake Granby, along with disappearing the river also flooded a small town. Lake Granby, Colorado brought to you by the Denver Water Board. Enjoy, jon

City Hall
Still under construction here in Milwaukee. As soon as they finish repairing all the brickwork, they have to stop it from sinking. This shot was taken in Fall of '05 and all that has changed is now there is more scaffolding. Enjoy, Jon

Quebec
Oh, French Canada. So very French indeed. A nice little street shot for y'all. I noticed that these types of random street shots are only appealing when visiting another local. Yet, I have tried several and hope to post them at a later date. Enjoy, Jon.
Lacking Tripod
When lacking tripod, using a working speaker leads to slightly shaky long exposures. Thought you may like to know. Enjoy, Jon

Close up Chicago
Trying to get the close up feel for things oh so far away. I think this a new style I'm trying out, close up and personal. With the impersonal.

Not that many
I was recently in Chicago. Part of that trip was the Art Institute of Chicago. All this means extra Chicago sculpture pictures for a while. Don't worry, I don't have that many. Enjoy, jon.

Valentine's Forever
A wonderful Valentine's Day dinner came with a free rose. Well, that's not exactly true. It was a free rose with dinner on a wonderful Valentine's Day. Not to say the dinner wasn't wonderful. Actually it was. The location, company, service were all great. Just a couple months later I don't remember why I thought the food was bad. So let's go back to the beginning, a wonderful Valentine's Day dinner. Enjoy, jon

Likely my favorite shot from my second trip to Las Vegas, thought I would share it with all y'all. Enjoy, jon
