I am terribly torn between my two favorite Wiconsin Breweries. The Hinterland brews are refined and subtle. Containing so many flavors blended so well together, we call it the flavor train. And the much larger micro-brew Furthermore. Each brew is refined, but simple. A pure execution of any one taste. The best part of their beers is the crisp and final finish of every one. So torn, well at least each are some Wisco-Greats.
