Where Today?

The big board was great.  Each and every flip of the board my destination rose higher and higher.  I could have watched it click away for hours, but off to the Bitagne coast I went.

Le Coupe Chou

_8271289

A delightful evening choice.

_8271295

An hour or so sipping wine in the classic sitting room.

_8271296

The restaurant building was several hundred years old, and clearly has been soaking up the charm the whole way through.

I had this really awesome gelatin fowl with marmalade.  It was pretty clear it could have gone very terribly.  Instead, high risk, high reward in the taste zone.

_8271318

Chocolate and coffee, together at last.

Meanwhile,

Across the river, the couple has a nice date.  Still, she may be lonely on the inside.

Not Lonely

_8271270

Just enjoying my book, not waiting for anyone to come say hi.  Trust me.

Oh, That’s in Paris

_8271255

Thar she is.  The Eiffel Tower.  Maybe I should say he.  It is named after a man.  And who names the tallest structure in a city after the architect?

_8271206

Unless your in the industry, its not like you know who built the Willis Tower, Burj Khalifa, US Bank Tower (library tower), Shanghai World Financial Center, etc.

_8271207

Next time I’m mailing myself a post card from the Eiffel tower post office.  Wonder if anyone sends them mail?

_8271215

Why not a couple of views.

_8271226

I wonder if there is a single angle of this thing that hasn’t been shot?

Bridge and a Boat

_8271175

Every bridge is a great bridge on the Seine.

_8271172

Nary a one went without adornment.

_8271171

And the boats were al designed to enjoy it all.
