More Bonsai!

_4037204

Delicate flowers.  Delicate trees.  Kudos to those with the patience for such a hobby.

Look at this cute little chubbers.

Ok, please stop on this one.  It is my favorite of the little trees.

Our wonderful hosts enjoying a large tiny tree.

Day 2.

_4037180

The National Arboretum is a fantastical place.  I was blown away.  From bonsais to magnolias, the beauty was endless.

_4037183

Little trees, why are you so cool.

_4037189

Blooming little trees, even cooler.

_4037197

Spring is such a wonderful time of year.

A bit iconic, don’t you think?

Haunted?

_4027163

Not this one.  Just a fine looking D.C. corner.

 _4027166

Ok, this one looked a bit haunted.  It also looks a bit half refinished.  Glad we didn’t walk by at night, otherwise the ax murderer may have gotten us.

Buildings

_4027138

Even the backside of the Smithsonian Museums are fancy.

 _4027145

The row houses are cool.  I enjoyed the fun of all the different painted bricks.  Later I realized they paint the houses to cover up the sad state of the bricks.

Danny was very upset that Nicholas Sarkozy did not invite him to Ben’s.

Happy tooth is happy.

A few more of the mall

_4027098

A necessary classic shot.

 _4027119

The South Lawn is the more handsome side.  I sort of thought it was the front.  Whoops.

_4027128

People!

_4027130

Forests.  They are important.

_4027135

This gazebo was way to fancy.
