Down we go. Into the world's biggest system of caves. Over 365 miles of cave, twice as large as number two. Mammoth Cave National Park was quite the treat.
Lucky for us, sandstone has protected the caves from stalactites and stalagmites that would have slowly closed the caves. Instead, ancient rivers eroded the limestone unabated for thousands of years.
